目的 为探讨光疗在降低血清胆红太浓度时能否逆转脑干听觉诱发电位的变化.方法 比较16例高胆红素血症足月新生儿(HBTN)及36例正常足月新生儿(NTN)的BAEP检测结果,HBTN组经蓝光治疗后的BAEP改变.结果 光疗后胆红素浓度下降,BAEP值相应得到改善,16例中6例恢复正常,10例明显好转.结论 光疗不仅能降低血清胆红素浓度而且能逆转胆红素对BAEP的影响,即光疗能逆转胆红素脑病.
Objective To investigate whether phototherapy can reduce the change of brainstem auditory evoked potentials when the serum bile concentration is too low.Methods 16 cases of full-bodied neonates with hyperbilirubinemia (HBTN) and 36 normal full-term neonates (NTN ) BAEP results of HBTN group after treatment with blue light.Results The concentration of bilirubin decreased after phototherapy, BAEP value correspondingly improved, 6 cases returned to normal in 6 cases, 10 cases improved significantly.Conclusion Phototherapy can not only reduce serum Bilirubin concentration and can reverse the impact of bilirubin on BAEP, that phototherapy can reverse bilirubin encephalopathy.
