上海嘉定区南翔镇人杰地灵,是个千年古镇。镇上的南翔镇中心小学多年来坚持在学生中开展艺术教育,硕果累累。最近,该校经过各教育主管部门的层层筛选,脱颖而出,被国家教育部命名为“全国艺术教育工作先进单位”,这是上海市评上的2所小学中的一所,实属不易。喜讯传来,全镇上下欢欣鼓舞,金惠萍校长的脸上也绽开了笑脸。这奖章对她,对全校师生员工说来显得弥足珍贵,因为,其中饱含着他们的汗水和执着的追求。
