316L不锈钢丝作为阳极、铝丝作为阴极,采用电弧喷涂两路异步送丝技术在铝合金表面制备了316L不锈钢/Al复合涂层,并对350℃×5 h热处理涂层的显微组织、化学成分、硬度和磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明:涂层内存在大量微孔隙,且硬质相与软质相相间分布,有效阻碍了磨损过程中裂纹的产生、扩展,涂层耐磨性较基体显著提高;涂层中扩散层的存在提高了涂层的粘结性,磨损过程中涂层表面容易形成氧化物,起到固体润滑作用。
316L stainless steel wire as anode and aluminum wire as cathode, 316L stainless steel / Al composite coating was prepared on the surface of aluminum alloy by arc spraying two-way asynchronous wire feeding technology. The microstructure of the heat-treated coating at 350 ℃ × 5 h, Composition, hardness and wear properties were studied. The results show that there are a large number of micropores in the coating, and the distribution of hard phase and soft phase is in phase with each other, which effectively hinder the generation and expansion of cracks in the wear process. The wear resistance of the coating is significantly higher than that of the matrix. There is an increase of the coating adhesion, the coating process easy to form oxide surface during wear, play the role of solid lubrication.
