目的 :探索开口牙合板在儿童髁状突骨折保守治疗中的价值。方法 :选取髁状突骨折的患儿 ,取模 ,转移牙合位关系 ,在牙合架上确定开口位 ,参考儿童的实际情况 ,确定开口度。以此开口度制作开口牙合板。以一定的方法配戴 ,通过随访了解疗效。结果 :参加试验的 12名患儿 ,都得到了良好的疗效 ,X线片显示 ,髁状突骨折区都得到了改建。结论 :开口牙合板是一种切实有效的治疗儿童髁状突骨折的保守疗法
Objective: To explore the value of open plate in the conservative treatment of condylar fractures in children. Methods: The children with condylar fractures were selected and the relationship between occlusion and metastasis was determined. The opening position was determined on the occlusal frame. The opening degree was determined according to the actual situation of children. Open mouth with this degree of opening made of plywood. To wear a certain method, through follow-up to understand the effect. RESULTS: Twelve children who participated in the trial received good results. X-ray films showed that the condylar fracture area was reconstructed. Conclusion: Open plate is a potent conservative treatment of condylar fractures in children
