随着素质教育在小学校园内的不断深化,教育工作者开始认识到对于学生的教育不能仅仅局限在校园内,还需要走出校园,需要家长与学校一起配合,实现小学生的全面综合发展。家校互动对学生健康成长具有重要的意义,在班主任工作的桥梁之上,认识到家校互动工作的重要性,以学生发展为起点,增加与家长的互动,才能营造良好的学习环境,促进学生长远发展。
With the continuous deepening of quality education in the primary school, educators begin to realize that the education for students should not only be confined to the campus, but also need to get out of the campus. The parents and the school should cooperate with each other to realize the comprehensive and comprehensive development of primary school students.
