培养创新型人才的基础是培养学生的问题意识,学生有了问题意识,就会积极思考,敢于探索,用批判怀疑的眼光去看待事物。本文将结合自己在支教时,作为一名数学教师的经历,给小学生数学问题意识的培养提出几点策略,小学数学教材生活化、趣味化;师生关系民主化、和谐化、自由化;教师积极转变教育理念与教学方法;小学生积极调整自身的学习方式;建立发展性的评价体系。
The basis for cultivating innovative talents is to cultivate students’ awareness of problems. Students, with their awareness of problems, will think actively, dare to explore and think of things in a critical-skeptic manner. This article will combine my own experience of teaching as a teacher of mathematics and give some suggestions to the pupils’ awareness of math problems.
