近年来,有关环孢菌素(GsA)对白介素2受体(Tac)表达影响的研究较为活跃,其结论尚不完全一致。为此,我们对健康成人及肾移植病人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)IL-2R进行检测,初步分析了CsA体内外作用后对Tac表达的影响。1 材料与方法 1.1病例:①14例正常人PBMC取自同济医院健康献血员;②13例肾移植病人PBMC均系同济医院器官移植病房肾移植患者。 1.2试剂:CsA:瑞士Sandoz公司;抗TacMCAb-A-E:武汉生物制品研究所;RPM1-1640
In recent years, the research on the effect of cyclosporine (GsA) on the expression of interleukin-2 receptor (Tac) is more active, and the conclusion is not yet completely consistent. Therefore, we examined IL-2R in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of healthy adult and renal allograft patients, and analyzed the effect of CsA on Tac expression in vitro and in vivo. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Cases: ① 14 cases of normal PBMC from Tongji Hospital healthy blood donors; ② 13 cases of kidney transplant patients PBMC are Tongji Hospital organ transplant ward kidney transplant patients. 1.2 Reagents: CsA: Switzerland Sandoz Company; Anti-TacMCAb-A-E: Wuhan Institute of Biological Products; RPM1-1640
