目的对某矿渣微粉项目的职业病危害控制效果进行评价,为减少该行业职业病危害、加强职业卫生管理提供依据。方法采取职业卫生现场调查和检测等方法进行综合评价。结果该项目的关键控制岗位为矿渣储存、矿渣粉磨巡检、微粉储存及发运;职业病危害关键控制因素为粉尘、一氧化碳和噪声。粉尘、毒物检测的合格率为100%,噪声检测合格率为75%。结论该项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病危害控制效果良好;应补充有效的防控措施,达到职业病危害的控制要求。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards of a slag powder project to provide basis for reducing occupational hazards in this industry and strengthening occupational health management. Methods Take occupational health field survey and testing methods for comprehensive evaluation. Results The key control positions of the project were slag storage, slag grinding inspection, powder storage and shipping. The key control factors of occupational hazards were dust, carbon monoxide and noise. Dust, poison detection rate of 100%, noise detection rate of 75%. Conclusion This project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards, and the control effect of occupational hazards is good. Effective prevention and control measures should be added to meet the control requirements of occupational hazards.
