陈奇涵(1897—1981)江西兴国人.1925年加入中国共产党.1925年人黄埔军校,历任排长、连长、政治大队队长.1926年夏去赣南、赣东等地发动群众,参与组织建立赣州各县共产党组织.1927年春任朱德在南昌创办的军官教育团参谋长兼中共支部书记.同年夏任中共赣南特委军事部部长兼兴国县委常委.1928年春任中共赣南特委军事部部长兼省委军事部办事处主任.1929年春兼任兴国、宁都行动委员会书记.1930年春任赣西南红军学
