我们国家改革开放三十多年了,企业在不断的发展前进,各项管理制度也逐步的完善,坚持‘以人为本’做好员工的思想政治工作,是企业与员工和谐发展不可缺少的重要环节,其意义深远,作用巨大。本文从“以人为本”的概念和现实意义等入手,结合企业实际工作对企业经营管理过程中的“以人为本”发展进行了较为全面的分析,从而提出了建设“以人为本”促进企业和员工之间和谐发展的重要思路。
