柔性激励管理是柔性管理的重要部分,是相对于刚性激励管理提出的。在企业的人力资本管理中,柔性激励管理的作用不可替代。柔性激励管理在我国企业的实施中存在一些亟待解决的问题。应从完善物质激励机制、强化精神激励机制、把握柔性边界三个方面调整观念,采取灵活措施,改进柔性激励管理,发挥人力资本的最大效用。
Flexible incentive management is an important part of flexible management, which is relative to rigid incentive management. In the enterprise’s human capital management, the role of flexible incentive management can not be replaced. Flexible incentive management in the implementation of our business there are some problems to be solved. The measures should be taken to improve the material incentive mechanism, to strengthen the spiritual incentive mechanism, to grasp the three aspects of the flexible boundary and to adopt flexible measures to improve the flexible incentive management and maximize the maximum utility of human capital.
