规划许可过程中矛盾较为普遍,影响了规划许可项目的实施进程,一旦矛盾升级,还会影响到社会的和谐与稳定。规划许可矛盾的调处也考验规划管理部门的工作水平和能力,直接关系到规划管理部门的形象。结合具体工作实践,通过对规划许可矛盾的成因分析,找出矛盾的基本种类,归纳有效的化解办法,以期为预防和调处规划许可矛盾提供一些经验借鉴。 Contradictions in the process of planning permission are more common, affecting the process of implementing the project of permit planning. Once the contradiction is escalated, social harmony and stability will also be affected. The adjustment of planning permit contradictions also test the level of work and planning and management capabilities and is directly related to the image of the planning and management department. Based on the concrete work practice, through the analysis of the causes of the contradiction of planning permission, this paper finds the basic types of conflicts and summarizes the effective solutions, with a view to providing some lessons for the prevention and mediation planning contradictions.
