用放免分析法观察了15例风心合并持续房颤患者手术治疗前后的血浆ANF、PRA、AⅢ、Ald、cAMP及cGMP的变化,并以12例ASD手术患者和50例正常人作为对照组,结果表明,房颤患者血浆ANF和cGMP显著高于手术对照组和正常对照组;AⅢ、Ald显著高于正常对照组.提示房颤是促使心房释放ANF的因素,ANF与cGMP关系密切.
The changes of plasma ANF, PRA, AⅢ, Ald, cAMP and cGMP before and after operation in 15 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and persistent atrial fibrillation were observed by radioimmunoassay. Twelve patients with ASD and 50 normal controls were used as control group, The results showed that the plasma levels of ANF and cGMP in patients with atrial fibrillation were significantly higher than those in the control group and the normal control group, and AⅢ and Ald were significantly higher than those in the normal control group, suggesting that atrial fibrillation is the factor that causes atrial release of ANF.
