向阳三矿综采工作面沿走向俯斜24°下大坡过断层采煤,在我矿开采史上还无前例。为了减少煤炭资源丢失,最大限度地回收和开发煤炭,并为我矿乃至全国煤层走向下大坡过断层,地质条件复杂,开采难度大的类似综采工作面实现安全开采,积累经验,我们矿成立科技攻关小组,对3~#层8706工作面下大坡过断层进行了试采和科研。开采期间,大胆革新工艺并用先进的技术手段,工作面共推进了80m,工作面未发生顶板、机电和其它大的事故,实现了特殊条件下的安全生产。
