基于县域农用地分等更新成果,以我国东部典型县域为例,通过Arc GIS叠加分析与数据统计,探讨耕地质量等别分布特征,系统分析区域耕地质量等别限制因素,提出不同区域耕地质量的提升对策,以期为划定耕地质量保护与提升重点区域、开展土地整治与高标准农田建设、制定差别化的耕地利用保护政策提供理论依据。研究表明,5个典型县域耕地质量等别总体较高,以中、高等地为主,有少量优等地分布;各区域耕地质量共同存在的自然限制因素为土壤有机质含量,共同存在的利用限制因素为排水条件和灌溉保证率,此外还存在各自特有的自然或利用限制因素。土地整治应结合当地的自然条件、经济发展水平、耕地质量的分布特征与限制因素,因地制宜,采取差异化的策略,从数量、质量及生态方面保护和管理耕地资源。
Based on the updated achievements of county-level agricultural land classification, taking the typical counties in eastern China as an example, this paper discusses the equal distribution characteristics of cultivated land quality through ArcGIS overlay analysis and data statistics, and systematically analyzes the limitation factors of cultivated land quality in different regions, Enhance measures to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of quality protection and promotion of key areas of cultivated land, carry out land remediation and high standards of farmland construction, to develop differentiated policies for the utilization of cultivated land. The results showed that the quality of cultivated land in the five typical counties was higher than other areas, mainly in medium and high places, with a small amount of excellent distribution. The natural limiting factors of the common existence of cultivated land in each area were the contents of soil organic matter and coexisting utilization restraints For drainage conditions and irrigation assurance rates, in addition to their own unique natural or use constraints. Land remediation should be based on the local natural conditions, the level of economic development, the distribution of cultivated land quality characteristics and constraints, according to local conditions, take a differentiated strategy to protect and manage farmland resources in terms of quantity, quality and ecology.
