The consumption of urban festival in the Tang Dynasty and consumption by the businesspeople after getting enough food provided impetus to the constant improvement of the consumption structure in the cities of the Tang Dynasty, the continuous improvement of the consumption level and the increase of the types of consumption, which played an important role in promoting the economic prosperity of the Tang Dynasty. The political culture and social ethos in the Tang Dynasty had a positive impact.
