安全壳是确保核电站安全的关键设施,预应力筋施工过程是建立结构受力体系的重要环节,研究其建立过程对安全壳具有重要意义。以某核电站安全壳为背景,选用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,采用分块方法,快速建立高质量的安全壳有限元模型,不建立沿着预应力筋方向的约束方程,真实模拟施工阶段预应力筋无黏结受力状态,并提出模拟因混凝土弹性变形引起的预应力损失的多次降温法,分析安全壳在预应力筋施工过程中混凝土的应力状态、壳体的变形以及预应力筋的应力,确认在安全壳中建立的预应力与设计相符,为安全壳施工优化等提供参考。
Containment is a key facility to ensure the safety of nuclear power plant. The process of prestressing tendon construction is an important part of establishing the system of structural stress. It is of great importance to study the establishment process of containment. Taking the safety shell of a nuclear power plant as a background, large-scale finite element software ANSYS was selected to establish a high-quality finite element model of the containment quickly by using the block method. The constraint equations along the direction of prestressing tendons were not established and the prestressing force And the non-bonding force state of the tendons is also presented. The multiple cooling method to simulate the prestress loss caused by the elastic deformation of the concrete is proposed. The stress state of the concrete, the deformation of the shell and the stress of the prestressing tendons , Confirm that the prestress established in the containment conforms to the design and provides reference for the construction of containment.
