深入研究风力机扩展基础基底压力的变化和分布规律,对完善大尺寸、大偏心浅基础的设计理论和确保我国内陆山区风力机安全稳定地运营都有着重要意义。以内陆残坡积土地基上风力机扩展基础基底压力的现场测试结果为基础,分析了基底压力随时间的长、短期变化特性及分布规律。针对测试结果提出了实测基底压力平面度的概念,并基于平面度对基底压力的规范公式进行了修正。分析表明,基底压力的大小及分布情况与风速和运行工况有密切关系,其分布可能为近似梯形或抛物线形;风轮旋转、机舱振动及风的随机性都会引起基底压力的动态变化,设计计算时不能完全忽略;实测基底压力的分布形态与理想平面分布存在差距,用现行规范对风机基底压力的最大值和最小值进行计算时,建议分别乘以1.2和0.8的修正系数。
In-depth study of the wind turbine to expand the basis of the base pressure changes and distribution rules, to improve the large-size, large eccentric shallow foundation design theory and to ensure that our inland mountainous area wind turbine safe and stable operation are of great significance. Based on the field test results of expanding base pressure of wind turbine on inland slope foundation, the long-term and short-term variation characteristics and distribution of base pressure with time were analyzed. According to the test results, the concept of measured base pressure flatness was put forward, and the standard formula of base pressure was corrected based on the flatness. The analysis shows that the magnitude and distribution of base pressure are closely related to the wind speed and operating conditions, and the distribution may be approximate trapezoidal or parabolic. The rotation of the wind turbine, the vibration of the cabin and the randomness of the wind will cause the dynamic changes of the base pressure. Calculation can not be completely ignored; measured base pressure distribution of the distribution of the ideal and there is a gap between the ideal specification of the maximum and minimum fan base pressure calculation, the proposed multiplication of 1.2 and 0.8 respectively, the correction factor.
