奥美哌唑(omeprazole)是一种治疗消化性溃疡的强力制酸剂。作者对5例球溃疡患者每天早上给予奥美哌唑40mg 共2周治疗。5例患者在治疗前于内镜下取胃窦部活检,作快速尿素酶试验来检测幽门螺旋菌,结果5例均阳性。2周末均再次复查内镜,球溃疡均已愈合,胃窦部活检复查尿素酶试验则均阴性。对另1例慢性球溃疡和十二指肠狭窄患者于每日早上用奥美哌唑20mg 共2周,症状略好转。再经1周后继续按前法用奥美哌唑共4周。治疗开始时患者
