关于铁路工人急性甲醛中毒的报告,我们仅在1976年卫生研究第4～5期(合刊),见到昆明铁路局矽肺职业中毒诊断小组那家佑同志报告了10例,尚未见到更多的报导。现将我们遇到的急性甲醛中毒9例报告如下,仅供参考。 1977年7月22日由××站发棉花一车,运往金县某纺织厂,送至该厂专用线卸车,当日16时打开车门准备卸车时,就嗅有很大的刺激性气味,由于工人缺乏安全卫生知识,未加注意就开始卸车,没有特殊的防毒面具,只带有纱布口罩,工作几分钟后,即有眼睛流泪,眼内刺痛、咽痛等粘膜刺激症状,但仍继续坚持卸车1小时,到17时左右
