水与人类的物质和精神文明生活息息相关,它是生物赖以生存、社会赖以发展的必要条件。在驾驭自然、改造自然,恢复和建立新的生态平衡中,森林被人们称为“绿色水库”,它与水利工程措施相配合,是调节河川径流,减轻水、旱灾害的有效措施。为分析森林对河川径流的影响,正确估价森林对防洪、灌溉的作用,本文将以我省历年来实际观验所获得的大量水文、气象资料为依据,试图从定量上探求森林与河川径流的关系,从而说明森林对防洪、灌溉的作用。
Water and human material and spiritual civilization is closely related to life, it is living on the survival of the community depends on the development of the necessary conditions. In managing nature, transforming nature, restoring and establishing a new ecological balance, forests are called “green reservoirs”. Combined with hydraulic engineering measures, forests are effective measures to regulate river runoff and reduce water and drought disasters. In order to analyze the impact of forest on runoff and evaluate the effect of forest on flood control and irrigation, this article will try to quantitatively explore the runoff of forests and rivers based on a large amount of hydrological and meteorological data obtained from the actual observation in our province over the years. Relationship, thus indicating the role of forests in flood control and irrigation.
