本文从企业工程实践的角度分析了企业优秀技术工人所必备的职业综合素质,并结合先进的CDIO工程教育理念和模式,对高职职业综合素质教育的重要性和培养方法进行了理论探讨和实践探索。试图解决目前高职工科教育中存在的认识观念上与企业关切点之间的距离问题,贯通两者从“形似”到“神似”的文化脉络,同时从课程设置、教学模式等方面加以改革,使之与职业岗位之间真正做到“零距离”对接。
