通过实验研究了工艺参数对半固态镁合金AZ91D铸轧板带硬度的影响。结果表明,适当地降低浇铸温度可以提高板带的硬度,且采用水冷的冷却方式比空冷方式所得到的板带硬度要高。对板带进行T4处理后,由于β-Mg17Al12相在高温中逐渐溶解分化,α-Mg相增大,其硬度有所下降。而在固溶处理后再采用时效处理会促使β-Mg17Al12相的析出以及在组织内的分布,从而α-Mg基体得到强化,有效增强了板带硬度。
The effect of technological parameters on the hardness of the semi-solid magnesium alloy AZ91D cast strip was experimentally studied. The results show that the appropriate reduction of casting temperature can increase the hardness of the strip, and the water cooling method is more effective than the air cooling method. T4 plate treatment, due to β-Mg17Al12 phase gradually dissolved in high temperature differentiation, α-Mg phase increases, the hardness decreased. However, the aging treatment after solution treatment will promote the precipitation of β-Mg17Al12 phase and its distribution in the microstructure, so that the α-Mg matrix is strengthened, and the strip hardness is effectively enhanced.
