本研究利用公开发表的50对甘蓝SSR引物对5份结球甘蓝杂交种构建指纹图谱,对新调入的4个批次结球甘蓝杂交种与对照品种是否属于同一品种(即真实性)进行鉴定,并依据指纹图谱筛选双条带引物,对其中某一批次的10份杂交种进行纯度鉴定。指纹图谱鉴定结果表明:新调入4个批次杂交种中有3个批次与对照属于同一品种,1个批次与对照属于不同品种,与田间形态鉴定结果完全吻合。利用筛选出的SSR标记对10份甘蓝杂交种进行纯度鉴定,其中8份鉴定结果与田间形态鉴定结果一致,两种鉴定方法显著相关。本研究为利用SSR标记进行甘蓝杂交种真实性及纯度鉴定的实践可行性提供理论依据和参考。
In this study, 50 pairs of cabbage SSR primers were used to construct 5 fingerprinting cabbage hybrids, and the fingerprinting of 4 batches of new cabbage hybrids and control varieties belonging to the same variety (ie, authenticity) Identification, and based on fingerprinting double-band primer screening, of which a batch of 10 hybrids for purity identification. Fingerprinting identification results showed that three batches of four newly introduced batches were in the same variety as the control, and one batch and the control belonged to different varieties, which completely matched the results of field morphological identification. The purity of 10 cabbage hybrids was identified by screening SSR markers, of which 8 were consistent with the field morphological identification results, and the two identification methods were significantly related. This study provides a theoretical basis and reference for the practical feasibility of using SSR markers for authenticity and purity identification of cabbage hybrids.
