采用南开大学化工厂生产的树脂,筛选出适于层析分离木糖醇的大孔苯乙烯阳离子交换树脂。在优化条件下,用Ca~(2+)型树脂可制得木糖醇的纯度为99.9%,收率60%。为工业化生产提供了科学依据。
Using the resin produced by Nankai University chemical plant, macroporous styrene cation exchange resin suitable for chromatographic separation of xylitol was screened out. Under optimal conditions, the purity of xylitol was 99.9% with the yield of 60% with Ca2 + -type resin. It provides a scientific basis for industrialized production.
