目的:观察补肾健脑1号合剂的抗痴呆作用。方法:采用东莨菪碱及环己亚酰胺致小鼠学习记忆障碍模型,以水迷宫为学习记忆评价指标。并观察该药对小鼠自主活动性和抗疲劳能力的影响。结果:补肾健脑1号合剂中剂量(15g/kg)及大剂量(45g/kg)能显著改善东莨菪碱致学习记忆障碍的作用;大剂量有显著改善环己亚酰胺致学习记忆障碍的作用,且显著提高抗疲劳能力;自主活动性组间均无显著性差异。结论:补肾健脑1号合剂能显著改善小鼠学习记忆障碍,提高抗疲劳能力,对中枢神经系统兴奋性无显著影响
Objective: To observe the anti-dementia effect of Bushen Jiannao No. 1 mixture. Methods: The model of learning and memory impairment was induced by scopolamine and cycloheximide. The water maze was used as an evaluation index of learning and memory. Observed the effect of the drug on the activity and anti-fatigue ability of mice. RESULTS: The medium-dose (15 g/kg) and high-dose (45 g/kg) of Bushen Jiannao No. 1 mixture can significantly improve the effect of scopolamine-induced learning and memory impairment, and large doses can significantly improve the learning and memory impairment caused by cycloheximide. Significantly improved anti-fatigue abilities; there was no significant difference between the auto-active groups. Conclusion: Bushen Jiannao No. 1 mixture can significantly improve the learning and memory impairment of mice and improve the anti-fatigue ability, and has no significant effect on the excitability of the central nervous system.
