In studying and practicing the scientific concept of development, the General Office of Wuhan Municipal People’s Government organically combines the implementation of the “Energy Conservation Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Regulations on Energy Conservation in Public Institutions”, and through the analysis of the effectiveness of 59 municipal public institutions in 2005-2008 Using the energy of the survey conducted.
