工业工程,简称IE,是一门研究由人、物资、设备等组成的系统及其控制方法的工程技术,它综合运用各种科学知识和工程方法,对整个系统进行规划、设计、改进和评价,使之优化组合,有效运行,不断提高综合效益。应用IE对作业标准、工作标准进行修订、制订工作,全面推行标准化作业是企业深化改革中提出的新课题。我厂经过一年多时间的典型试验,取得了初步成效,标准化作业的直接效益达319.67万元。

After more than one year of typical tests at our factory, we achieved preliminary results and the direct benefits of standardized operations reached RMB 3,199,700.
