本文分析了军工研究所民品开发的主要困难,即成本上升,价格偏低;开发合同锐减,民品收入下降;后续开发基金不足,开发风险增大。文章提出用统一思想,协调行动;调整和优化产品结构与开发方向;加强管理,降低成本;提高产品质量,增强竞争能力和创造条件,争取国家科技开发专项资金等措施,克服困难,发挥优势,为国家经济建设服务。
This paper analyzes the main difficulties in the development of civilian products at the Military Research Institute, that is, the increase in costs and low prices; the sharp drop in development contracts and the decline in the revenue of civilian products; the lack of follow-up development funds and the increase in development risks. The article proposes to unify ideas and coordinate actions; adjust and optimize product structure and development direction; strengthen management and reduce costs; improve product quality, enhance competitiveness and create conditions, and strive for special funds for national science and technology development to overcome difficulties and give play to their advantages. Serve the national economic construction.
