医学数字图像通讯标准ＡＣＲ－ＮＥＭＡＤＩＣＯＭ（ＤｉｇｉｔａｌＩｍａｇｅａｎｄＣｏｍｍｕｎｉ－ｃａｔｉｏｎｓｉｎＭｅｄｉｃｉｎｅ）是在医学信息学领域中正在兴起的标准。ＤＩＣＯＭ定义了标准网络接口和数据模型使医学图像设备的制造厂商在标准网络上实现设备互联，它简化了各种类型的医学图像的开发。本文首先简要的介绍了ＤＩＣＯＭ标准的形成历史、ＤＩＣＯＭ标准的信息模型及组成部分。其次，介绍了ＤＩＣＯＭ的应用及ＤＩＣＯＭ的研究热点。最后，讨论了ＤＩＣＯＭ标准在我国发展医疗信息系统中的实施策略与应用
Medical digital image communication standard ACR-NEMADICOM (Digital Image and Communication-cations in Medicine) is a standard that is emerging in the field of medical informatics. DICOM defines a standard network interface and data model that enables manufacturers of medical imaging devices to interconnect devices over a standard network, simplifying the development of various types of medical imaging. This article first briefly introduces the formation history of DICOM standard, DICOM standard information model and its components. Secondly, the application of DICOM and the research hotspot of DICOM are introduced.
