为探讨α-2a-干扰素治疗血管瘤的作用机制,采用新鲜皮肤血管瘤组织进行血管内皮细胞组织块培养并传代,通过加入α-2a-干扰素,观察其对血管内皮细胞增殖的影响。结果:当α一2a一干扰素应用剂量为5x10tu/L和1×10tu/L时,对血管内皮细胞的增殖有明显抑制作用。应用:5×10u/L,培养第12d后,血管内皮细胞数量和3H.TdR掺入量明显低于对照组。结论:α-2a-干扰素可能是通过抑制血管瘤血管内皮细胞的增殖,促进血管瘤的退化而发挥治疗作用。
To explore the mechanism of α-2a-interferon in the treatment of hemangiomas, fresh cutaneous hemangiomas were used to culture vascular endothelial cells and passaged. The effects of α-2a-interferon on the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells were observed. Results: When α-2a interferon was applied at 5 × 10tu / L and 1 × 10tu / L, the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells was significantly inhibited. Application: 5 × 10u / L, after culturing for 12 days, the number of vascular endothelial cells and 3H. TdR incorporation was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: α-2a-interferon may play a therapeutic role by inhibiting the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells and promoting the degradation of hemangiomas.
