本文分析几年来我市图书馆人才流失的各方面原因,从更新观念、重用人才、引进知识管理等几方面论述了稳定和加强图书馆人才队伍建设的必要性。
This article analyzes various causes of brain drain in our city in recent years and expounds the necessity of stabilizing and strengthening the construction of library personnel from aspects of updating concepts, reusing talents and introducing knowledge management.
