幼儿园教学是幼儿早期教育中的重要组成部分,启蒙教育质量的好坏,对儿童早期身心健康发展有着不可小觑的影响。随着教育现代化的发展,我国幼儿启蒙教育质量和水平的不断提高,对幼儿园教学中的人性化要求不断提高,为幼儿提供温馨自由的生活学习启蒙环境,成为现代化儿童早期教育的办学服务宗旨。因此,在幼儿园早期教学中,尤其是对幼年年龄相对较小的小班教学,更加需要重视教学中的人文关怀,将人性化教学作为幼儿园小班教学的旗帜,促进幼儿的快乐学习和健康成长。
Kindergarten teaching is an important part of early childhood education. The quality of enlightenment education plays an important role in the early development of children’s physical and mental health. With the development of education modernization, the quality and level of early childhood education in China is constantly improving. The requirements for humanization in kindergarten teaching are constantly increasing, providing warm and free life enlightenment environment for young children, and serving the purpose of running modern children’s early education. Therefore, in early childhood teaching in Kindergarten, especially for small classes with relatively young age, we should pay more attention to humane care in teaching, regard humanized teaching as the banner of small classes in kindergarten, and promote the happy learning and healthy growth of children.
