In today’s world, the international competition has become fiercer and the promotion of technological innovation has become a trend. China has made major strategic decisions in building an innovative nation. Suzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government has also listed “to enhance the capability of independent innovation and build an innovative city” The four major plans of action. In accordance with the requirements of the National Bureau of Statistics, Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics conducted a survey on technological innovation of industrial enterprises within the city.
