国家发展和改革委员会28日宣布,为提高农民种粮积极性,进一步促进粮食生产发展,国家决定从新粮上市起再次提高2008年生产的稻谷和小麦最低收购价水平。
The National Development and Reform Commission announced on the 28th that in order to increase peasants’ enthusiasm for planting grain and further promote the development of grain production, the state decided to once again increase the minimum purchase price of rice and wheat produced in 2008 from the listing of new grain.
