目的:建立测定尿液中硼含量的石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法。方法:样品经过1%HNO3稀释处理后,选择Ca2+(10 mg/ml)—硝酸铵(20 mg/ml)-柠檬酸(20 mg/ml)改进剂,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法进行测定。结果:硼含量在0μg/ml~1μg/ml的线性范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9996,检出限0.0585μg/ml,方法的精密度RSD(n=6)为2.2%~9.8%,回收率为88.67%~100.1%。结论:建立的方法操作简便易行,重现性、灵敏度和准确性能满足分析要求,可应用于尿液中硼含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of boron in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods: Samples were diluted with 1% HNO3 and selected as modifier of Ca2 + (10 mg / ml) - ammonium nitrate (20 mg / ml) and citric acid (20 mg / ml). The samples were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry . Results: The linear range of boron concentration was from 0μg / ml to 1μg / ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996 and a detection limit of 0.0585μg / ml. The precision of the method was 2.2% -9.8% RSD (n = 6) , The recovery rate was 88.67% ~ 100.1%. Conclusion: The established method is easy to operate, reproducible, sensitive and accurate to meet the analytical requirements and can be applied to the determination of boron in urine.
