邹东涛、阙紫康在《经济学动态》 2000年第 9期撰文指出，如果只有马克思主义经济学和西方经济学这两个范式的认定，中国经济学界将有为数众多的研究人员及其理论成果无法归类。为此，笔者提出“描述主义”经济学的概念以使“中国经济学”概念的外延周延，并将“描述主义”经 Zou Dongtao and Que Zikang pointed out in “The Dynamics of Economy” No. 9 of 2000 that if only the two paradigms of Marxist economics and Western economics are identified, there will be a large number of researchers in the Chinese economics community and their theoretical achievements can not be returned class.
