1新闻:河南省农村公路总里程全国第一据《郑州晚报》报道,在2007年12月27日举行的河南省“村村通”新闻发布会上,省交通厅厅长安惠元宣布:河南省“村村通”工程走在了中西部地区的前列。截至目前,全省48081个行政村全部通水泥(油)路,近7000万农民将从中受益。据统计,2003年以来,全省农村公路建设累计完成投资278亿元,新建、改建农村公路10.1万公里,全省农村公路总里程达到21.4万公里,居全国第一位。截至目前,全省所有乡镇都有客运站,都通了班车,95%以上的行政村通了客车。2008年,河南将进一步加大农村公路投入力度,计划投资60亿元。修建乡道7000公里、村道8000公里。
