中共中央十三届五中全会总结了我国经济建设的经验教训,深刻指出:“在我国经济发展过程中,脱离国情,超越国力,急于求成,大起大落,是四十年最重要的教训。”这一结论,切中我国以往经济建设的弊端。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China summarized the experiences and lessons of China’s economic construction and profoundly pointed out: "It is the most important lesson in 40 years that our country’s economy develops from its own national conditions and surpasses its national strength. This conclusion cuts the shortcomings of our country’s past economic construction.
