引言: 近年来对于腭扁桃体的摘除手术由于有反对意见而成了有争议的问题。本实验的目的在于选择一种安全、有效、易于实践等的方法。 一.方法: (1)器械:我们用阿根廷产的专门为本课题制做的冷冻治疗机,用二氧化碳或氮做为制冷源。这套器械有三种不同的冷冻头,一种为盘状的专用于腭扁桃体及咽炎,另一种是斜形的专用于舌扁桃体,第三种是针状的专用于鼻甲与腺样体。温度控制在-50℃～-80℃。它还有快速解冻系统以便操作。
Introduction: In recent years, the removal of the palatine tonsil has become a controversial issue due to objections. The purpose of this experiment is to choose a safe, effective, easy to practice and other methods. Method: (1) Instruments: We use a cryogenic treatment machine made in Argentina specially for this project, using carbon dioxide or nitrogen as the cooling source. The device has three different cryogenic tips, one for the disk-shaped dedicated to the tonsil and pharyngitis, the other is oblique for tongue tonsils, the third is a needle dedicated to the turbinate and adenoids. Temperature control at -50 ℃ ~ -80 ℃. It also has a quick thaw system for easy operation.
