在社会主义的不断发展和社会主义市场经济的日益完善下,具有开放、竞争激烈的市场环境就日益形成了,在这种背景下我国的中小企业数量不断的增加,中小企业的发展为我国的国民经济增长做出了巨大的贡献。但是,中小企业由于发展的时间还比较的短,所以相关方面的资料和研究也就比较的少,这就导致在中小企业当中缺乏完善的现代企业制度。制度的缺失直接影响到了中小企业的战略管理,中小企业在进行战略管理的过程中容易出现问题。这些问题对于中小企业的长远发展是非常的不利的,如果不能尽快的找到中小企业战略管理缺失的表现和相关的策略,中小企业就难以在激烈的市场竞争中生存。本文会以为什么?是什么?怎么做?为逻辑顺序来对中小企业战略管理缺失与应对策略做浅析,希望本文提出的观点,能够帮助中小企业取得更加长久的发展。
