我国优秀的民族文化,不仅是我们56个民族精神情感、道德传统、个性特征以及凝聚力、亲和力的载体,也是普通百姓世代相传的文化财富,更是我们发展先进文化的精神资源与民族根基。随着我国经济的突飞猛进、人民生产生活方式的多元变化以及经济全球化的迅速发展,以农耕文明为核心的中华文化受到了强烈冲击,许多传统的民族文化艺术已逐渐萎缩,大量的民族艺术项目和技艺正走向消亡。为了避免重蹈西方工业革命使欧洲文化艺术严重受损的覆辙,调查、抢救、保护、发展、弘扬中华民族文化已迫在眉睫,为此,民进中央于11月17日—18日首次召开民进民族文化保护研讨会。抢救民族文化遗产、倾情打造社会主义大文化的急切呼唤声声入耳,深深的文化情怀令人为之动容。保留民族走过的痕迹一个物种的消失,只让我们失去一种动人的风景;一种语言的消失,却让我们永久失去一种美丽的文化。但民族文化不能像断线的风筝,随风而逝,这已成为与会专家学者的共识。
The excellent national culture of our country is not only a carrier of spiritual, moral, ethical traditions, personality traits and cohesion and affinity of the 56 ethnic groups but also the cultural wealth handed down by ordinary people from generation to generation. It is also the spiritual resource and national foundation for our development of advanced culture. With the rapid economic growth in our country, the multiple changes in the people’s production and life styles, and the rapid economic globalization, the Chinese culture centered on farming civilization has been strongly challenged. Many traditional ethnic arts and cultural programs have been gradually shrinking. A large number of ethnic arts projects And skills are approaching demise. In order to avoid repeating the mistakes made by the Western industrial revolution in severely harming European culture and the arts, it is imminent to investigate, rescue, protect, develop and carry forward the Chinese culture. For this reason, the Central Committee of the People’s Democratic Progressive Party convened for the first time on November 17-18 in Beijing National Culture Protection Seminar. Eager to rescue the national cultural heritage, Qing eager to create a socialist culture calls for an urgent call, the deep cultural sentiment is moving. Retaining the Traces of the Nationals The disappearance of a species leaves us alone with a moving landscape; the loss of one language leaves us with a permanent loss of a beautiful culture. However, national culture can not be like a broken kite, gone with the wind, which has become the consensus of experts and scholars participating.
