对同等剂量的珍珠水溶性钙、碳酸钙制剂（钙尔奇Ｄ片）、盖天力的人体及大鼠相对生物利用度对比观察，结果珍珠钙的实际生物利用度高于碳酸钙＋ＶｉｔＤ制剂近１倍。
The relative bioavailability of pearl water-soluble calcium, calcium carbonate preparation (Caerchl D), Caledonian human and rat were compared, and the actual bioavailability of pearl calcium was higher than that of calcium carbonate + VitD preparations 1 times.
