以大采高煤壁片帮柔性支护为研究对象,通过FLAC~(3D)数值模拟工具分析在柔性加固技术中棕绳、注浆、挡煤板各因素与围岩的相互耦合作用。研究表明:棕绳和注浆改变了煤壁受力状态,减缓了煤壁处的应力集中;护帮机构则对遏制煤壁片帮垮落起到最直接的作用;并通过对各因素进行分析比较,最终找到了各因素最优经济安全值。
In this paper, the flexible support of high cut coal wall and wall is taken as the research object, and the interaction between the various factors and the surrounding rock in the flexible reinforcement technology is analyzed by FLAC 3D numerical simulation tools. The research shows that the brown rope and the grouting change the stress state of the coal wall and slow down the stress concentration at the coal wall. The help-and-support mechanism plays the most direct role in preventing the coal wall slice from collapsing. Through various factors Analysis and comparison, finally found the optimal economic security value of each factor.
