患者,女性,25岁。因反复无痛性皮下肿块半年,加重,伴低热、吞咽困难1个月入院。入院前6个月出现全身多部位迅速增大的皮下肿块,不痛不红,无发热等不适。1个月前因低热、吞咽因难进行性加剧入院。否认结核病史。查体:体温37.8℃,皮肤可见20余个大小不等的皮下肿块,约1cm×1cm～4.5cm ×5.5cm,以右额部、左颈部明显,肿块质地中等,边界不清,固定,部分融合,部分稍红,无溃疡和坏死,无压痛,表浅淋巴无明显肿大。双鼻通气好,咽后壁饱满,咽腔小,悬雍垂居中。肝、脾均肋缘下1cm。余无明显阳性体 Patient, female, 25 years old.
