长久以来,我发觉中国的小说界存在一种古怪的歧视观念:纯文学鄙视通俗文学,政治正确歧视政治不正确,纯情小说鄙视色情小说,魔幻现实主义小说歧视奇幻武侠小说等等。种种歧视之中,其实显影出一种滑稽的文学体裁等级制的意识形态。这种意识形态,本质上追求的是一种小说体裁的独裁,而非小说体裁的多元性与开放性。在我看来,衡量一部小说是否好坏,与体裁关系不大,而与文本本身的质量高
For a long time, I found that there is a strange concept of discrimination in the Chinese fictional world: plain literature despises popular literature, politically correct discrimination politics is incorrect, pure love novels despise pornography, magical realism novels discrimination fantasy novels and so on. Among the various kinds of discrimination, in fact, a kind of comic hierarchy of literary genre has been developed. This kind of ideology essentially pursues the dictatorship of a genre of novels rather than the pluralism and openness of genres of novels.
