平煤集团是新中国自行勘探设计 建设的第一个特大型煤炭基地。现有 平项山、禹州、汝州三块煤田,地跨 平顶山、许昌两市共8个县(市、 区J,生产和规划煤田面积3000平方 公里,矿区规划资源量150亿吨,煤 种齐全,煤质优良,为国内品种最全 的炼焦煤和电煤生产基地。现有职工 13．7万人,资产总额179亿元,年产 原煤3300万吨,年销售收入150亿 元。建矿以来,累计生产原煤6．3亿 吨,冶炼精煤8800万吨,实现利税 91．87亿元,为国民经济建设作出了 重要贡献。
Pingmei Group is the first large-scale exploration and design of new China’s largest coal base. Since the establishment of the mine, a total of 630 million tons of raw coal has been produced, 88 million tons of refined coal have been smelted and profits and taxes have amounted to 9.187 billion yuan, making an important contribution to the national economic construction.
