高职院校生源多样化,质量逐年下降,给高职院校人才培养等方面带来了不力影响。本文以《酒水服务与管理》课程为例根据生源质量进行课程改革的实践研究。
The diversification of student sources in higher vocational colleges and the declining quality year by year bring ineffective influence on the training of personnel in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, “wine service and management” course as an example according to the quality of students for curriculum reform practice research.
