T淋巴细胞是重要的免疫细胞,它在执行免疫功能时受到多种因素的精细调控。微小RNA(microRNA,miR)是研究细胞生物学活性的有力工具,在免疫系统中发挥重要的调节作用。本文就目前关于miR调控T细胞功能的相关研究进展做一综述。
T lymphocytes are important immune cells that are finely regulated by many factors when performing immune functions. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are powerful tools for studying the biological activity of cells and play an important regulatory role in the immune system. This review summarizes the current research progress on miR regulatory T cell function.
