K+通道是细胞膜上一类特殊的蛋白质离子孔道,参与细胞内多种重要的生理活动的调节。近年来发现,K+通道不仅与神经系统、心血管系统疾病相关,而且可以作为治疗通道疾病的靶点。许多研究表明,K+通道基因在乳腺癌和其它肿瘤形成过程中还具有原癌基因特性,其编码的蛋白决定着细胞的增殖、癌变、侵袭和转移。本文概括介绍了K+通道与乳腺癌的发生、肿瘤细胞增殖和转移等方面的研究进展。
K + channel is a kind of special protein ion channel in cell membrane, which is involved in the regulation of many important physiological activities in cells. In recent years, it has been found that the K + channel is not only related to nervous system and cardiovascular system diseases, but also can be used as a target for treatment of pathological diseases. Numerous studies have shown that the K + channel genes also have oncogene properties in breast and other tumor formation and encode proteins that determine the proliferation, carcinogenesis, invasion and metastasis of cells. This article provides an overview of the K + channel and the occurrence of breast cancer, tumor cell proliferation and metastasis and other aspects of research.
